What is the difference between repro pellets, PCR pellets and off-spec resin?
Repro pellets are reprocessed from scrap - regrind melted, filtered and pelletised again. PCR pellets are repro made specifically from post-consumer material. Off-spec or off-grade resin is new resin that missed its specification at the plant; it has never been used, and often sells close to repro prices.
