- Carrier resin: Polyethylene

- CaCO3 content: +/- 80% WT% (Method: ASTM D5630)

- MFI (190°C/ 2.16 KG): 0.5 +/- 0.5 g/10mins (Method: ASTM D1238)

- Melt temperature: 110 oC  (Method: DSC)

- Bulk density: 1.2 +/- 0.1 g/cm3 (Method: ASTM D1895)

- Particle size of CaCO3 powder (D97): 15 +/-1 Micron (Method: Malvern)

- Moisture: < 0.08 WT% (Method: ASTM D644) 

4. Applications:

FIL 03 is developed with a high content of selected, treated Calcium Carbonate with a good dispersion, to provide better mechanical properties to the film. The film uses FIL 03 has good ink adhesion property and stronger heat seal strength and more whiteness as compared to usage of normal particle size of CaCO3.

Recommended let down usage rate around 30% depending on film mechanical value required and thickness of film.

FIL 03 is also suitable for Blowing molding, Injection molding. Typical usage rate let down around 30% depending on wall thickness & mechanical value requirement.

5. Packing/ Storage:

FIL  03  is  packed  in  25kgs  bag  shrink-wrapped  palletized  or  in  1300kgs  Jumbo  bag palletized.

Keep at dry condition.
