YASH Recycling Management team used their decade long experiences and selected a robust technology for the cleaning and refining post-consumer & post-industrial PET. The management had worked in the establishment and operation of facilities employing similar technologies over the last several years.

On the manufacturing side, Management has been an integral part of the existing industry practices over the last fifteen years or so, and includes in their knowledge base most, if not all, of the state-of-the-art available equipment and manufacturing techniques.

YASH Recycling is using a proven technology for the cleaning and recycling phase and guaranteed to deliver quality products. The industry is employing unique recycled PET technology which is used by prominent worldwide manufacturers of PET flakes.

YASH Recycling production line has been chosen very well carefully and professionally to confirm very high quality products to satisfy our customers’ expectations:

1-      All washing parts are SS 304.

2-      Crushers’ blades are SKD-11.

3-      All motors are Siemens brand.

4-      Electric control panel parts are Siemens and Schneider.

 

Our production line capacity is 2 MT/Hr and its main parts are:

1-      Sorting tables.

2-      Automatic metal detector.

3-      Label removal machine.

4-      Two Crushers.

5-      Steam generating boiler “Full System”.

6-      Two hot washing tanks.

7-      Two high speed friction washers.

8-      Three auto washing & floating tanks.

9-      Horizontal dewatering machine.

10-  Hot air drying system.

11-  Final Label separator.

 

Product Technical Specifications
·         100% clear transparent PET bottle flakes and 85% whit with 15% light blue colours.

·         Hot washed and dried

·         Melting point 254 – 256 oC.

·         12-14 mm in size and can be modified.

·         PVC contents less than 100 PPM.

·         Humidity less than 0.5%.

·         Free from labels and other foreign substance.

·         Packed in 55 Kg bags or according to your request.

·         Total 20 to 23 MT./40 High Cube container.
