Read moreWe are a Toronto-based vinyl record manufacturer offering 125,000 kg of clean, mixed-color rigid PVC regrind for sale.
The material comes from the flash generated during the compression molding process of vinyl records. After production, all flash is immediately regrinded and stored in properly sealed pallets to prevent contamination.
The regrind is 100% pure PVC, with no contaminants (no labels, adhesives, metals, or foreign materials).
Our regrind accumulation is due to our in-house pigmenting process — we custom-color PVC batches for record manufacturing. Occasionally, surplus colored material is produced, or re-use is not possible if subsequent orders require different Pantone colors.
