Read moreWe are going to be the first company in the United States to introduce Automation Robotics and AI to the Teardown of FPD TVs and Monitors. With this, we will be creating a high volume of plastics from these devices. As far as one of the plastic fractions we are seeing and need a good, reliable outlet is PET Diffuser Sheets, PET Reflector Sheets. We believe these are all PET. In the pictures attached you will see, PET diffuser sheets (milky white, different transparencies, and silver sheen/rainbowed colored,) PET Reflector Sheets (solid white.)
With this robot, our models are showing us @ approximately 1.5 million lbs of Plastic alone in our Phase 1. Within the next couple years, this will jump to 4.5 million lbs per year. The PET looks to be @ 194,000 lbs annually, jumping to 582,000 lbs per year. Currently we have approximately 14,600 lbs of PET Sheets.
